Well school has started and there is definately a chill in the air lately so summer must be over. As sad as this makes me Fall is always a lot of fun. I love Halloween and I get this from my mother. She always made sure we had awesome costumes and were usually made by her, so is it any wonder that I do the same for my girls.
October is really a crazy time in my house as I am full costume mode. I drive my husband crazy because you usually can't find my kitchen table, it's covered by not 1 but 2 sewing machines, fabric, thread, and all the trimmings. But this year I started early, not on my girls but for my mother. Somehow I went from having costume made by my mom to making them for my mom. So while home visiting her this summer we got her all decked out. She wanted to be a saloon gal and voila she is! Now all she needs is a handsome cowboy...
